4. Gastric ulcer

If your dog's vomit is yellow-green, it means bile. In such a situation, you should see a doctor. Basically, you must go for an examination, because there are many reasons for vomiting bile.

5. Abnormal diet

Gastrointestinal discomfort may also have a lot to do with diet. Dogs who eat too much meat or greasy food tend to have soft stools; dogs who eat bones tend to have hard stools; fruits and vegetables can easily cause dogs to have diarrhea.
