Canine parvovirus is not necessarily curable. Canine parvovirus is a highly contagious virus with a high mortality rate. If enteritis parvovirus is treated in time at the early stage of the onset, there is a certain probability that it can be cured, but if it still does not improve after about 5 days of treatment, the possibility of recovery is extremely small. If it is myocarditis-type parvovirus, it will generally die within 1-2 days of onset, and it is almost impossible to treat.

Symptoms of canine parvovirus

1. Canine parvovirus has a certain incubation period, usually about 7-14 days. During the incubation period, dogs generally do not have any symptoms.

2. Enteritis-type parvovirus: Dogs will have symptoms similar to enteritis, such as diarrhea, vomiting, etc., depressed mental state, loss of appetite, blood in the stool in severe cases, and dehydration symptoms.

3. Myocarditis-type parvovirus: Dogs will have dyspnea, decreased activity endurance, and will suddenly die due to cardiac insufficiency, arrhythmia, and heart failure.
